There are more homes than one in the world, and while recognizing that some are “spiritually homeless” we simultaneously acknowledge that most people already have a home or are not looking for one.
We propose that David preside as prophet, seer and revelator over a stake of Zion, called according to revelation The Church of Jesus Christ in Christian Fellowship.
Those who do not align with the majority of the principal issues of doctrine or practice upon which the Fellowship is based should not hold a leadership position therein.
Of the matters that halt the spread of our invitation to Fellowship is the matter of whether or not we are a church. We do not currently have agreement among the leadership as to the definition of this word…
We are contemplating whether the Church of Jesus Christ in Christian Fellowship, The School of the Prophets, Latter Day Saint Universalist Ministries and the Home for the spiritually homeless are all the same or separate overlapping entities, and if better and clearer designations should be put in place.
On April 13, 2021, three members of the Council of Elders sent a list of nine items concerning the direction of the Church of Jesus Christ in Christian Fellowship. David took these questions and concerns to the Lord. In response, the Lord gave him the following revelation, which was first sustained by the First Presidency and then sent to the Council of Elders.
